PLANNING YOUR STAY

 

Food: Please note that most meals will not be provided. There will be morning and afternoon snacks between panels, appetizers and one free drink at the welcome reception, and the closing keynote brunch will be also be provided. Otherwise, breakfast is available at the respective hotels and there is a range of establishments on and off campus. Further information will be provided in the conference program upon your arrival.

 

Getting to campus: Please note that two of the conference hotels are a 20+ minute walk from campus. Free public transit passes will be provided to guests at these hotels upon their arrival at conference registration. We also offer an on-campus option.

 

Shinny: Stick and gear rental is available for shinny (you will be asked if you need them during the online registration process). You must bring your own skates.

 

The tentative schedule for the conference has been provided in the event that it assists you in your planning.
